Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA

SAP S/4HANA is being used across the whole organization. For us, it was an upgrade from an older SAP version. It was a need for many departments to improve the way of working with our current ERP and S/4HANA seemed the logical choice: to address robotic process automation was the main goal.

There were no alternative products evaluated. As mentioned before, as a company that uses SAP, S/4HANA seemed to be the logical answer.

SAP S/4HANA's overall usability is definitely a 10. Not only the provided features are extremely wide and resourceful but also SAP S/4HANA offers the possibility to customize transactions and modules to fit your company's needs. It's all about the time schedule programmed during the migration and [sees] the alternatives: use its default modules or intend to customize.
Customer Service and Support from SAP was crucial during the decision-making process and the following migration. To be clear, migration was far from a friendly and stress-free process, but the Support and Training team sent from SAP was a key to the [successful] implementation. Without this support, I don't believe we would've been able to implement SAP S/4HANA.
SAP S/4HANA is currently the best scenario for companies that still rely on previous SAP versions. SAP S/4HANA appears as the path to a solid ERP system that covers most of the company's needs and the[ advantage] of an "eager to help" Customer Service Team/Support (from SAP) to help with the migration and future [training.]
