Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We use SAP S/4HANA Cloud to run our consulting and software business. We track billings and bookings to manage our projects and sales. We use reports from the solution to understanding how things are going. All of our employees use the application on a daily basis to record their time.
  • Good UX for entering time.
  • Integrated to our SSO.
  • Ability to get reports on project billings.
  • Reports could be more easily customized.
  • Sometimes the app doesn't refresh properly.
  • Good investment so far.
  • Able to manage our business better.
Nice UX. My only frustration is with the reporting. That could be more flexible for creating ad hoc or custom reports.
Price was important to us. We are very familiar with SAP products, so we were very sure we knew what we were getting into.
Netsuite was very flexible but SAP S/4HANA Cloud fit our business process more effectively.

It's really solid for a professional services company and we are able to use it effectively. Sometimes, the reporting needs more flexibility.
