Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The solution is used to demonstrate our product that resides inside of SAP. The use cases consists of AP, AR, Sales Order Processing.

Pros

  • Response Time
  • Ease of Use
  • Integrates well with other products

Cons

  • Don't like Public Cloud option, not flexible enough
  • Need Fiori like apps that don't require Fiori
  • Consistent processing
  • Global capabilities
  • Multiple Financial processes
Too much reliance on Tcodes
  • Integration with Other Systems
I use SAP to demonstrate an SAP bolt on product.
Haven't started yet, but plan on it.

In my experience it is easier to upgrade and the user screens are more modern. There is still a reliance on T-codes rather than short cut buttons, which would make the user experience better. Also reporting options would need to be expanded. More trend reporting would be preferred and would add value to any reporting solution.
