SAP Sales Cloud can be used to gather all relevant information related to your customers, products, leads and so on in one centralized place, where it is possible to easily follow up on leads, opportunities, orders and share this information among colleagues. You can also make use of authorizations to prevent users from seeing irrelevant topics.

Having an overview of your (ERP) customer data, product data, contracts, opportunities, orders and so on in SAP Sales Cloud improves the efficiency of a sales rep to prepare, organize and execute customer visits. Integration with Outlook simplifies quickly recognizing the email senders and having an overview of the customer data at a glance.
Possible to add different business roles, page layouts, code list restrictions and more to diversify between different roles what the system looks like and what a user can see or do.
