Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

Within Atlas Copco, SAP Sales Cloud has been rolled out worldwide across different business areas. With one large system, each layer of the company has a view of the performance, without losing focus on their local sales, leads and opportunities. SAP Sales Cloud is mainly used in the full lead to cash process, with a sales quote integration towards SAP S/4HANA. This allows a smooth transition from quoting and ordering to delivery. The main challenge was the separation of data between countries and business areas, but with the help of SAP, we managed to setup a single process of rollout for each sales organisation rolling onto the system!

Our Sale Engineers are able to have a 360-degree view of their customer's thanks to the seamless integration with SAP
S/4HANA. It allows them to leverage the information to close the deal.
Creating complex quotes or ordering spare parts is
also easy with the integration of SAP CPQ, making quotes for custom machines a
breeze. I can speak for the user base that they are all positive about the ease of
use of the system!
Within Atlas Copco the system has been rolled out across the business areas with respect to data separation between business areas and sales organization, giving the top management an overall view of the sales performance worldwide!
Next to Microsoft Dynamics, it's a clear win for SAP Sales Cloud! With Salesforce there is a tie but the seamless integration with other SAP systems gives SAP Sales Cloud the edge over Salesforce.

For a B2B business SAP Sales Cloud excels on many topics. From user-friendliness to easy-to-read UI's. The integration with other SAP systems is a big plus, eliminating the overuse of middleware. Using the platform in its 'vanilla' state will bring out the best of SAP Sales Cloud! For B2C this platform is usable but needs some extensibility and customization to fit this type of business.
