SAP SuccessFactors efficiently aids any firm to fulfil a wide variety of HR capabilities in sync with the business requirements of an organization. The entire process and workflow of recruiting, onboarding, performance management etc is very well streamlined. The system can be used easily by new users without much difficulty. System customization is also readily possible.
