Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
Implementation has led to a streamlined and automated HR function, improving employee experience particularly when it comes to learning sector-specific courses, and getting rewarded through learning hours/ credits. It has helped the organization to adapt to digitization and evolving business needs, as well as developing new skill sets (re-skilling and upskilling).

- Not able to connect PowerBI to SuccessFactors seamlessly

SAP's global compliance standards, along with the ability to localize implementation (through its partners) gives it a unique edge in terms of being able to adapt to local rules and regulations (India in the case of my firm). Moreover, it continues to adapt to the evolving environment, making it extremely relevant at all times.
SAP SuccessFactors scores over Workday Human Capital Management on multiple features such as application tracking & recruiting, benefits management, learning management, compensation management, performance management, succession management and workforce management, driven by its superior monitoring dashboards and reporting attributes. Additionally, SAP SuccessFactors scores over Workday HCM in aspects of mobile friendly versions as well.
