Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactors is our HRIS at my company. Usability for the users is a business problem we have at my organization. It sometimes can not be user-friendly. In my scope of use, when users utilize the learning module, they have many problems becoming familiar with the SAP SuccessFactors system.
  • Customization of the learning tiles is easy
  • Functionality of the performance forms is very easy to setup
  • Story reports are a great tool to help users visualize their KPIs
  • Upgrade the Learning Landing Page
  • More help with creating and customizing reports in Learning
  • Upgrade a mass way to imports assignments in Learning
  • SAP SuccessFactors has allowed me to complete my job efficiently and effectively to create learning opportunities for my coworkers.
Some programs have a cost to them. For example, Zoom.
