Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SF as our main HCM, along with the onboarding, learning, perfomance and compensation. I work with the system daily in our HRIS function configuring, testing, and troubleshooting issues.

The system allowed us to merry our acquisitions into one system and maintain one system of record.
  • Seamless workflow approals
  • Dynamic Population of data/fields
  • We struggled with Onboarding 1.0
  • The mapping between onboarding and ec isn't as seamless as others.
  • SAP allowed us to integrate employees and merge.
Yes it seems pretty seamless to S4, Learning and OnB.

SAP function is easy to use once configured. But there are system limitations that could be worked on> Such as address validation, or even the business rule we are not able to use address model in the rule.
