We use SAP SuccessFactors for EC as the central master data system and then also talent management.

For big and complex organizations, SAP SuccessFactors is good, and it is one platform that helps to get the big picture, but it needs to improve on integration and replication to on-premise SAP and provide more functionality and flexibility with EC Payroll and Time for SAP on-premise customers to move to the cloud and also address some smaller user related issues which can impact user experience
