Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I am a global administrator and these modules have automated and integrated our employee life cycle and employee processes respectively
  • Preferred success for customers
  • We were able to tailor to suit our needs
  • Successconnect
  • We need to work on perfecting what has been released instead of releasing a 2.0 which is completely different
  • More beta testing needs to be done
  • Some universal releases seem unnecessary and break what was not broken
  • Onboarding time dropped from 4 weeks to 2
