Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We are using employee central for major processes including employee assessment, pay information, leave requests, learning hub. This system is powered by SAP success factor product that help company achieved the goal and its friendly for users. In each feature, it easy to understand and use without require the user manual.

Ease of uses. We could built a website and integrated SAP data into that website easily. Data get integrated directly without waiting for daily batch jobs. This improved user experiences and make business run faster that could competitive with other businesses in the same industry. I recommend this product for sure.
SAP is the backbone system for medium to large businesses. This has been accept for customers around the globe. From recruiting to operation in corporate processes. SAP has play a great role in our businesses. Each countries might need their localization and SAP could answer this need which make user happy to use the product.
The reason that we had chosen SAP success factor is because SAP success factor could integrate with our SAP financial system easily so we could exchange data between system as a seamless. Also we could utilize people with SAP skills to develop and maintain systems easily. That’s why we choose SAP.

It’s easy to use for performance assessment where employee and supervisor could log all discussion in system and employee could track back into their result of each years in the past. Also skill assessment where employee could track, assess themselves and discuss with their managers easily within SAP success factor system.
