Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use this product for all our HR Software. It is the best buy in the market. If you would like a complete suite with everything, this is highly recommended. We also worked with Workday, but this is a lot better. It has state-of-the-art AI and config options for every company. Also, it is easy to maintain from an admin perspective. UI could be improved even further. Also, it has al the HR functionalities that you need in your company.

Tough due to complex organization. The product itself, if kept standard, is really good. In our organization, we have a lot of customization that makes the system harder to implement and the solutions less optimal. If you really want to leverage the product, please use as many standard processes as you can in your organization. If you do this, you will have a smooth implementation.
Far better SuccesFactors. The options here are ay less and less easy to configure. Also, the UI is not that good. Also, no API or any SFTP-like connections are available in this product. Also, admins have to do a lot more work to make sure everything is as easy as in SAP.
