Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

I use SAP SuccessFactors HCM for performance management for both myself and my team. It allows me to easily set objectives, measure against those during the year, and then complete the year-end performance evaluation.

Pros

  • Easy user experience
  • System availability

Cons

  • Some of the mid-year updates on objective/goal setting are clunky
  • The performance management process, driven primarily through SF, is favorably received by most employees
