Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors HCM

SAP SuccessFactors is good product and sometime we have challenges facing the SSO . Look and feel should be little better and can handle multiple navigations quickly.

  • all the org structure are more visible
  • adding different tiles.
Very good tool and able to have this look the info in most of the time. We are able to navigate to different ares.
Yes we moved. Its a good learning on the implementation wise. Able to get into different area colabaration.
Yes AI capability is very good to have it as easy for the employees to search quickly rather than going all around to get the info.
