Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs

We utilize Sauce Labs to run most of our automated scenario testing infrastructure. This allows us to run our tests concurrently and without the need to purchase and maintain additional hardware to run tests.
  • Provides concurrent machines that are utilized on demand.
  • Hooks into Selenium easily, so existing Selenium based tests can be ported/utilized.
  • Good customer service for any issues that pop up.
  • Listen to customers. Feature requests may be lost and get starved out of the roadmap.
  • Allow ways for customers to retrieve detailed usage data.
BrowserStack - The machine quality is actually a bit better. They don't lock down some of the capabilities and we do use them in tandem with Sauce Labs.
Its great for smaller companies that cannot afford to build and maintain machines to run Selenium based tests. It may not be suitable for larger enterprises that can afford a team to do this for them.
