Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs

We used Sauce Labs to run our selenium tests. It is being used by almost our whole organization. Regarding business problem, Sauce Labs helps us to review our test results. With the help of Sauce Labs, things become easy [because] we can track bugs anytime by seeing recorded video. Before Sauce Labs we were not able to find exact issues.
  • Recored results and log very well.
  • Very good UI interface.
  • Different filters are provided to search among results.
  • Sometimes we are facing some connectivity issues. I mean we are seeing in logs that [we are] not able to connect to Sauce Labs.
  • One more thing I noticed was that sometimes tests are getting passed on local machine, but when we connect with Sauce Labs the tests failed. Not sure how this happens (same script fails at Sauce Labs).
  • One more thing Sauce Labs can improve is to give more detailed logging.
I previously used Jenkins for continuous running of our tests. But I found that UI is not very user friendly and also no proper logging and video recording available. So we decided sauce labs over Jenkins.
I will definitely recommend Sauce Labs because one feature I like most in this [product] is video recording of scripts. You can (anytime, anywhere) check your results and based on that can improve your code or test scripts. This saved my life many times. On one point I am a bit worried: connectivity issues. But that happens once in a blue moon.
