Overall Satisfaction with Sauce Labs

Sauce Labs is being used by one of our clients and it's a pretty amazing product. They are pretty large customer with a huge demand for web and mobile testing. Sauce Labs fits their requirements so well and it caters to their need of multi-browser and device requests.

Intuitive UI and fabulous support system make them a great vendor. Sauce Labs has a well structured support system that is extremely important in the current distributed environment.

Sauce Labs has very good UI and it reduces the learning time for newcomers. Sauce Labs also provides very good integration with open-source tool sets to test automation.
Very good and responsive support system. They also have a very good customer success team.
Sauce Labs is well suited for web and mobile manual and automated testing needs. They also have a very good support system.
