Overall Satisfaction with SchoolAdmin

We are using SchoolAdmin as our CRM, and it is being used in the admissions department to manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Robust search and reporting functions
  • Easy to learn and use
  • Excellent customer support
  • Easy parent/customer use experience
  • Improved automated email functionality and tracking (open rate, etc.)
  • Development of new features seems to take a long time
  • The appearance is not very customizable so it does not look like your school's site
  • Better integration with other school management tools
  • Ability to use separate forms and connect them to School Admin via a web hook, etc.
  • Customer satisfaction with our CRM is up.
  • Completion of applications is up.
  • Office use and satisfaction with the product internally is way up!
We compared a number of options in considering a new admissions software platform. In the end, customer service, search and reporting capabilities, ease of use, and automated processes made SchoolAdmin the right choice for us. Cost wise, SchoolAdmin was comparable to other systems.

SchoolAdmin has been great to work with and the advantages of the product definitely outweigh the disadvantages. With the frequent turnover in admissions offices, it is nice to have a product that is simple to use, easy to train on, and easy to learn quickly. Also, customer support has been great, and we really put them through their paces and they never complain. They also use their support team to help train you - not just give you a fish, but teach you to fish so you can problem solve on your own.
