It's used mainly by our Admissions office to organize our inquiries and applicants, as well as our enrollment contracts.
- Admissions management.
- Ability to have all admissions steps in one place.
- Accommodating support team.
- Not as flexible as we sometimes need the features to be.
- Data and historical information is not terribly accurate, which means we cannot use it for reporting.
- It can be time-consuming to implement new features and to troubleshoot pain points.
- It has streamlined our admissions process for us and for families.
We looked at moving from SchoolAdmin to another platform last year, but ultimately stayed with SchoolAdmin. While there are some pain points for us, it wasn't anything that other platforms would be able to solve well either, and the customer service SchoolAdmin provided was above and beyond.
