Overall Satisfaction with ScienceLogic SL1

ScienceLogic SL1 implementation is very straightforward and has never been an issue. Deploying the architecture easy to implement if going to be on-prem. On SaaS, it reduces the risk of maintaining the DB. Collectors can be deployed based on the environment. Based on the load and device counts, the collectors' HA can be configured for a SaaS environment.
Monitoring the environment includes Servers, Networks, Cloud, Applications, Storage, Database, and Operating system. Business problems to replace multiple monitoring tools with one solution. Scope of the tool to replace existing monitoring solutions and handling integrations with other monitoring and health check systems. Integrate with the existing ticketing system, and automate actions for resolving the issues.

Agentless, easy, and powerful. Easy to deploy, maintain and manage. The one-stop solution replaces multiple monitoring tools, has an inbuilt ticketing system, and can be integrated with any tools. Easy to deploy any application monitoring via REST API calls. Dynamic applications have inbuilt rules to map default thresholds and alert policies, reducing the risk of failure.
A single tool that can be used to monitor, event management, and incident management. Agentless monitoring is an added advantage where most of the other monitoring tools in the market need agents to perform monitoring. Root cause analysis, automated run book automation, build own dynamic applications to customize any tools/application monitoring
