Overall Satisfaction with ScreenCloud Signage

I used to work in a company called UX and it was an outsourcing company. We had a massive number of employees so the company decided to look for a way to motivate the employees, the HR team suggested to add screens on each floor of the premises so they had to get a tool to control it. Our department suggested ScreenCloud Signage as we heard good reviews about it and as it's also affordable for us. After deploying the system we had much fun discovering it and we started by ranking the employees' performance on the screens to motivate the employees to produce more and focus on their tasks and guess what. The whole site performance increased by 13.9 % in less than 4 weeks and it was the quickest increase that we had in a long time.

  • i hope the price will be lower in the future to be affordable for most of the businesses

  • of course it's an additional cost to the company however we had to make the purchase because its a win win deal as the return deserves the cost
  • maybe it reduced our face to face meetings a little bit and that was improtant but we managed to compensate that by arranging meetings to interact with each other when its available

We didn't know at first that we can schedule content and media, working as an RTM I had to schedule a meeting for the whole headcount and that would have affected our business badly so one of my colleagues suggested finding a way to divide the meeting into groups however it was not possible for us as the trainer will be available only for an hour and a half. Then we suggested that he can record the meeting and we will schedule when they can be displayed on the screens using ScreenCloud. Anyway, we managed to do it without impacting our business.
