Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ScreenConnect allows me to manage customer PC's and servers from the comfort of my own desk. I like the toolbox feature to quickly download the tools I need for the job on my clients' computer.

Pros and Cons

Easy to use: when instructing over the phone to a customer. But also for technicians.
Stability: I've never had a crash or other weird thing happen with ScreenConnect.
Powerful: It has some features that I couldn't live without, like the toolbox.

Adding more servers for EU customers. Currently, my business is in the Netherlands. I experience a bit of latency sometimes.

No more having to drive to a customer to solve a small problem
Easy to perform scheduled maintenance from remote

Alternatives Considered

TeamViewer

TeamViewer was hacked recently and I don't like the way they handled it.
Bomgar was way too expensive.

I like ScreenConnect better, and it's cheaper than the above mentioned competitors.

Likelihood to Recommend

Very easy to use, powerful features.
White labeling and complete control.
