Great for customer remote support
Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We're fascinated with ScreenConnect. It has saved us time commuting to our client's office, which has helped us to provide faster customer support. It also has some great features like screen recording to keep track of our connections and support quality. Besides, the app is pretty straightforward, making it easy for clients to run the app. It is definitely worth it.

- It's way cheaper to use the app than to commute technicians to client's office

We considered Teamviewer but the initial cost versus the ScreenConnect initial cost was a big issue for us. We wanted an app with payment options and not just a one time fee app. That's why we gave ScreenConnect a try and we loved it immediately. This way we also ensure we always run the latest version and we can trust there's someone updating and fixing issues with the app.
