Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
At the moment it's only being used by me, but it's on the long term plan to implement it for all employees. It's being used mainly for first tech support but sometimes for other more complex issues.

- Sometimes I get latency problems - but on a very few occasions
- Quicker response, saves time by giving support over the internet instead of on premise support
I've used a dozen, mainly TeamViewer which is another great product. I tried ScreenConnect via another computer with good results. Also the pricing and price structure is better with ScreenConnect. There are monthly fees instead of a package price.
