Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

At the moment it's only being used by me, but it's on the long term plan to implement it for all employees. It's being used mainly for first tech support but sometimes for other more complex issues.

  • User friendly
  • Sometimes I get latency problems - but on a very few occasions
  • Quicker response, saves time by giving support over the internet instead of on premise support
I've used a dozen, mainly TeamViewer which is another great product. I tried ScreenConnect via another computer with good results. Also the pricing and price structure is better with ScreenConnect. There are monthly fees instead of a package price.
It is well suited for fast and easy help for a customer but sometimes the customers want support on premise so ScreenConnect isn´t suitable under that circumstance.

ScreenConnect Reliability

Because the truth is that its an awesome product and highly scalable. Either where you have few clients or over 100, the setup is extremely easy.
Client is very lightweighted and doesn´t take you long time to be up and running.
