We are a 24x7 support organisation, so ScreenConnect is being used by the whole organization. Due to the speed of deployment, we are able to provide customers with world-class support.
- The ability to see multiple screens, and select single screens when needed, is a vast improvement on other remote software platforms and protocols.
- Speed of deployment is very important.
- Video conferencing ability in the meeting would be a great feature to see.

ScreenConnect's speed of connection is the overriding factor for [our] choice of software. Also, the ability to easily see which machines are online at any one time is a great help, along with being able to see connectivity history and run commands, without having to start a support session, is extremely important. None of the other applications listed above measure up.
