Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We are a 24x7 support organisation, so ScreenConnect is being used by the whole organization. Due to the speed of deployment, we are able to provide customers with world-class support.
  • The ability to see multiple screens, and select single screens when needed, is a vast improvement on other remote software platforms and protocols.
  • Speed of deployment is very important.
  • Video conferencing ability in the meeting would be a great feature to see.
  • Increased technicians efficiency

  • Offering my customers remote access to their own machines through LabTech interface
ScreenConnect's speed of connection is the overriding factor for [our] choice of software. Also, the ability to easily see which machines are online at any one time is a great help, along with being able to see connectivity history and run commands, without having to start a support session, is extremely important. None of the other applications listed above measure up.
ScreenConnect suits itself very well to the mobile office scenario. Due to the size of the agent deployed, the interaction via a mobile connection is excellent.
