Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use ScreenConnect to provide remote support across all platforms. It's an invaluable tool to keep techs more productive and greatly reduces the need for onsite visits to fix/help with even more than just minor incidents.
- ScreenConnect is always available.
- This program doesn't intrude on the PC resources as others have done.
- The dashboard could really use an easier method for grouping PCs by physical locations
- ROI is off the charts better than anything else out there
- Screen refresh is always quick
- TeamViewer and GFI MAX
Used GFI MAX in the past, just too cumbersome and didn't like the TeamViewer backend for remote access.
