Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
ScreenConnect is used to manage physically distributed computers at over 20 locations throughout the state. This software allows for efficient management of a range of devices for a range of users. Without this software it would require much more expensive and time consuming travel to achieve the same level of service.

ScreenConnect allows for a greater range of functionalities relevant to our specific scenario including instant communication with the end users, technician led session initiation, and command line interactions. The ease of installation is also a winning attribute according to the end users and administrators. There are many features that are yet to be utilized but will likely be used in the near future.
