Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ScreenConnect is used to manage physically distributed computers at over 20 locations throughout the state. This software allows for efficient management of a range of devices for a range of users. Without this software it would require much more expensive and time consuming travel to achieve the same level of service.

ScreenConnect allows for a greater range of functionalities relevant to our specific scenario including instant communication with the end users, technician led session initiation, and command line interactions. The ease of installation is also a winning attribute according to the end users and administrators. There are many features that are yet to be utilized but will likely be used in the near future.
ScreenConnect is very well suited to use by a small IT support team that must service a range of machines located in physically distributed offices. The plethora of functionalities that it provides allows for easy resolution of a wide range of computer related issues. The on demand communication that it affords users allows for quick resolution and confidence for both users and administrators.

Consistent performance and a wide range of functional options make this service a reliable one that I intend to continue to use into the future. Ease of use for both administrators and end users make this an easy choice for IT service providers.
