Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ScreenConnect to remotely connect with our customers. We need full remote control of their systems to provide software installation, software support and troubleshooting of issues with our software. ScreenConnect is easy to use because the end user can join the session quickly and easily. The technician then has remote access without having to jump through hoops to be granted. The ability to support multiple monitors and file transfer is very helpful with software installation, updates, and general support.
  • The file transfer is very easy and quick. You can drag and drop.
  • The remote session just becomes another screen to the technician.
  • Ease of connecting the remote user on the fly. You can provide an email link or a simple code. You have your own URL that makes it easy to direct end users to for connecting on the fly.
  • Love all parts of it.
  • Without ScreenConnect I would have to burn CD/DVD of installation files and pay FedEx fees to send to clients. With ScreenConnect I can file transfer and not incur the hard dollar cost for supplies and shipping. It also saves on people time that is not spent bundling and packaging.
  • Increased customer satisfaction. Screenconnect is so easy to connect on the fly that my customers are not struggling to get connected and grant remote control. We had a lot of connection and ease of use issues with out old remote control software (which I will not name).
  • The speed of the remote sessions is very good. I do not have technicians having to work slow or restart sessions due to "bad connections".
ScreenConnect is much better than WebEx for customer support, remote control. There are no connection issues with ScreenConnect that I used to have with WebEx/GoToMeeting. I do not have to stop and restart sessions. The automatic remote control granted is wonderful. I used to get customers who could not find the controls to grant remote control of keyboard and mouse. Then when they finally got it granted, as soon as they touched the mouse it would take control back and we were back at square one.
It is well suited for remote support. It makes software updates and installation on client systems easy and a breeze. My company does a lot of on the fly connections to client computers. I love that for on the fly sessions you can easily connect with the client computer via a quick email link or a simple code. We primarily use it for remote support and it works great.

Using ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Reliability

It performs well. It also has full control over windows security and does not get hung up like GoToMeeting when trying to install remote software at the prompt to install as admin / override. I have used TeamViewer, WebEx, LogMeIn and GoToMeeting. This is by far the best at spontaneous, remote control. It is also very easy to get a novice user connected to the session.
