Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We were using other screen sharing applications and this one was one of the easiest to use. We use it to help our customers remotely. We like the ease of giving them a URL or sending them an email and then in a few quick seconds being able to remote into their computers or networks to help solve their problems.

  • Depending on your browser, when trying to login it prompts you to download the file again (Firefox)
  • Ability to have multiple users to one session

  • Low cost relative to what you can do with the software
For the price and ease of the software, we decided to use ScreenConnect instead of purchasing another software package.
It is well suited if you need to help customers remotely troubleshoot their network or desktop.
Less appropriate would be to login to a server when you can use RDP for that.

Using ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We love this product and it really does help us in our daily work. We have computer issues with customers and having the ability to remote into their network has saved us time and allowed us to focus on other things. This product we will continue to use on a daily basis.

ConnectWise Control Implementation

We have been delighted with the ease and implementation of Screenconnect now known as ConnectWise. This product has helped our company with some issues with remote installation to make these issues disappear. Great product and glad we found it. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a remote program.

Using ConnectWise Control

We love this product and use this all the time. We have to remote into people computers to update settings and it has been great compared to other screen sharing softwares. We also have our internet IT that uses it for remote screen sharing os they can update our PCs as well.
