Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

ScreenConnect is being used across our whole organization. It works great for those out of the area customers as well as others that can be helped without an onsite visit.
  • Very easy to use compared to other packages
  • Can be used on a variety of platforms
  • Setup is very easy
  • Just keep the costs down for users
  • Less cost involved vs. onsite visits
  • More ROI as technicians can focus on multiple projects
  • Works on a variety of platforms so don't need to buy special after hours systems for techs
We had used LogMeIn for many years until they raised their prices dramatically; so that is when we started looking for an alternative, which I am glad we did. After using ScreenConnect, there is no comparison as it is so much better and faster.
I think it is well suited for just about any organization that wants access to other systems.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Implementation

Using ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

For many years, I used LogMeIn to connect to remotely connect to customers and was pretty happy with it until they raised their prices so decided I needed to look for an alternative. After some searching, I found ScreenConnect and kept getting free trials but then would get busy at work, so I couldn't really test anymore. I got an huge bill from LogMeIn so bit the bullet and went with ScreenConnect - I have been very happy it - connects easily and has a lot more features than my old software did.
