Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Screenconnect has been a very good product for our organization. The ease of use and quick IT support I'm able to offer with this product is so valuable.

Connect with is an excellent full feature application that enables quick tech support, screen sharing and deployable msi to domain a breeze. The cost of the program is very economical and very secure.

ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) Implementation

Very easy program to install the msi file to a server share to deploy to your network. There program has seamless controls to allow the admin to take control of the client or to screen share to train users.

Using ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

The interface is easy to use and whether you are connecting to a client to fix an issue or training users. The interface is easy to connect to group policy to deploy to your organization.
