Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

We use ScreenConnect to support our laptop users and remote off-site users. This has allowed me as a single IT resource to perform much more work and with much less effort than any other way. Our cost savings from previous solutions have been very attractive. Customization of the GUI and functionality has also made this a terrific choice!

Great product! Had a bit of a learning curve getting things setup and Windows app had limitations that kept us from using it. Overall very happy with it!
