Overall Satisfaction with Seismic

We use Seismic as our main sales enablement platform to empower our sales team with a repository of different resources with different purposes ranging from internal processes, competitive battle cards, and industry-specific resources to arm our sales team wit all the knowledge and resources they or their prospects and clients might need and use.
  • Feature-focused demo and/or industry-specific content
  • Segmentation of the users and tailoring the platform user interface accordingly
  • Tracking and reporting on the content in terms of views, uses, etc.
  • Adding more integration points and use cases with Salesforce would be good to have
  • Navigating to a specific resource gets cumbersome sometimes especially with lots of content
  • Bulk user operations and taking actions on behalf of other users would be good to have as well
  • Offering a tailored and streamlined workflow/interface for our AEs that are based on their different industries/verticals
  • Reporting/Tracking of each piece of content and how both our users and our prospects interact with it
  • A single go-to repository of information that makes life easier on our sales teams.
  • The bespoke resources we have created and implemented in Seismic have increased our reps efficiency and effectiveness and ultimately increased their confidence with our prospects.
  • Better time management as connecting different lines of businesses and/or functions like Marketing with Compliance allows for a smoother workflow and less time consumption.
  • Improved workflows as Seismic allows the distribution of resources either internally or externally quickly with links & PDF files directly into email correspondence or Slack messages.
Personally I think Seismic is more built for Sales enablement whereas Brainshark is a good education/knowledge development platform.

We mainly use Seismic as the repository for all public facing content for sharing. Seismic also contains internal only documents as well. This does and can include training materials,...policy documents... anything. With Seismic we are deploying a more centralized and streamlined sales enablement portal, and with it, we produce more feature-focused demo content that is readily available.
