Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
Our company uses Sendinblue to send out email and text messages to our membership. We used to use a database to select email addresses and Gmail to send them, but ran up against email maximum sends for our free account. Sendinblue has made it easy to maintain our member database, and use their contact selections to send out all forms of communication. The ability to use templates has made our work faster and easier.
- Ease of use for a novice.
- Build emails and templates with drag and drop.
- Have not yet encountered any difficulties that we would wish to be addressed.
- Using email templates has lessened the time spent composing standard messages.
- Having a reliable service has lessened the time spent investigating why our members did not receive messages.
