Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
Terrible technical support and customer service. They are based outside the U.S. and do not expect a timely response to any technical issues you have. You are left to figure out things for yourself. When you do get a response, they are not personalized and 'canned' straight from the help page. We purchased a dedicated IP because of the # of blocks and bounces, save your money and just look for a better company. We send roughly 60,000 emails monthly with less than 200 being opened through this service.

- Nothing else!
- Actual phone support.
- Faster response time.
- 5000 emails sent, 183 opened, 32 clicked. Pretty pathetic response rate.
