Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
We used Sendoso for account-based marketing efforts. From top of funnel awareness campaigns to Thank Yous after purchase[s] to customer nurturing, Sendoso [has] made it easy to engage with new and current customers. We had trouble getting people to answer our sales calls and sending a gift gave us a great foot [in the door.]

Sendoso does everything I wanted it to do, except [for] really get into AI learning and crawling the web for customer information. Alyce does an okay job at that but you are paying for it. We encouraged our representatives to build a relationship with the prospect to earn trust and get to know them. We use Azuga software [in addition to] Sendoso making prospect gifting easy.
