Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
I use Sendoso to send gifts to prospects, either as a gesture of congratulations, thank you, an enticement to meet with me for a discovery call, or to get them back on board for a demo.
- It integrates well with Salesforce and Outreach
- There are unique options
- A prospect can choose from a few different options
- There are so many buttons and drop downs to click before sending something; sometimes I miss one
- You have to manually choose your settings of sending gifts every time; I wish there was a way to change the " default settings"
- Sometimes the integration in Outreach lags, and when I'm on another prospects page and sending a gift it still auto-populates as the last prospect's email
- Being able to send unique touches to a prospect
- The carousel options for each send - though I wish you could change the "cover photo"
- N/A - I am not making this technology purchase
PFL is more limited and not as customizable as Sendoso. And it is only usable through Salesforce
Alyce has a lot more options than Sendoso, but does not integrate with Salesforce/Outreach
