Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso at my company for a variety of reasons. The top reasons we engage in the Sendoso platform are for customer milestones, sales cycle touch points, cross-sell/up-sell opportunity visibility, a new product launch for a customer, large sponsorships and events for bulk orders, employee celebrations, review and brand management campaigns, and customer testimonials, just to name a few! This allows our company to be very flexible in how we cater to our customers and new acquisition clients. We typically focus on using Sendoso as our primary incentivization to get in front of the client in a passive and delightful way, while also providing them some sort of value in the gifts during any decision-making process.

Sendoso would be great for companies that have high-level and extended sales cycles for their products. This allows you to continue to show interest and encouragement to close the deal throughout the lifecycle. It also helps with customer retention and experience for clients that are bringing in annual recurring revenue. I think Sendoso would be less efficient for teams of less than 50 people with a client base of 100 or less (depending on the level of the client). Ultimately, I don't think you would be able to get your return on investment not because of what Sendoso can or can't do, but because of the base starting price that may eat into the gains from sending gifts you might not get back.
