Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso for Direct Mail sends as part of our broader ABM go-to-market strategy

In parallel, we are using Sendoso for gifting services - both to open new pipeline/opportunities and to help support in accelerating open pipeline
  • Notifications when parcels are dispatched and delivered
  • opportunities for Eloqua/SFDC integrations
  • personalization of mail kits
  • wide range of gifts available in-store
  • Support in Europe
  • Order timelines - particularly for personalized ABM boxes
  • Best Practices - in particular with regards to SFDC integration

  • Wide range of available gifts to choose from
  • Closer alignment with sales
  • Internal alignment with the sales team
  • Ability to offer eGifts - particularly valuable during pandemic (e.g. inviting prospects to meet over a virtual coffee)
Sendoso performs well against the competition - particularly with its wide range of integrations

We are currently however undergoing a review of other providers

Sendoso is well suited as part of a Direct Mail tactic in support of targeted ABM plays

Not so well suited to pipeline progression with the SFDC integration. As part of a broader organization it is challenging to bring consistency to the way this is used by sales. This is where a best practice guide or similar would be well received.
