Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso
I use Sendoso as a tool to break the ice with prospects/be more memorable, and send thoughtful e-gift cards after I see on LinkedIn that they were recently promoted. Or perhaps I got an out-of-office message saying they'll be on PTO, maternity leave/paternity leave, etc.
- Offer a variety of e-gifts to send
- It integrates into SalesLoft
- Easy to use platform and you can track your progress
- Although it integrates into SalesLoft, the way it sends Sendosos isn't embedded within the email to give more context. It's sent as an e-gift card only (often times landing in someone's spam rather than their inbox). A workaround is to copy the link and send within the email itself, rather than through Sendoso.
- The ability for prospects to choose the type of e-gift they want (i.e. Amazon, Target, DoorDash, etc.).
- Can send something virtually OR physical product
- I've been able to schedule meeting with prospects who've gone dark as a way to spark up the conversation again.
