We use it daily, mostly to track keywords and stay up to day with all our OFF-Page SEO efforts.
It's used for many projects.

Pros and Cons

Tracking huge amounts of keywords.

Design.
Usability.
Useless updates every week.
Pricing.

Return on Investment

Not too many, we will not extend it next year.

It's outdated but runs locally.
The unlimited tracking of keywords is a big plus.
At the end it is still to expensive for us too make sense for any much longer.
The other SaaS solutions are just better.
