ServiceNow is used in our Organisation as a global ticketing tool in our Organisation which helps to track the work and provides an instant reports. Its recent feature of Performance Analytics has made reporting easy and helps to forecast. The new version of Service Now is compatible to integrate with other party tools. The virtual bot of ServiceNow has the ability to complete functions within the system.
