Overall Satisfaction with SetMore

SetMore has been used in my organization in almost all the department, finance can be an exception. However, when I was in the interview process, I started using SetMore. I went to this page with shared schedule and made an appointment based on the available dates and hours of my interviewer for the interview. The same has applied to any other people getting hired. Later on into the job as Sales Rep. We used SetMore as scheduling for Demo Sessions and coaching for customers. SetMore page showed the available services or offers with the right consultant depending on the solution and technology to show to the customer. There you can check available dates and hours to schedule the activity with customers. It was integrated with Google Calendar.

  • When setting up a meeting for a customer, you are not quite sure if the customer receives all the details. You go double-check with an appointment in the calendar
  • Messing layout on how to fill out a field in the scheduling form

Used those in previous jobs, however, comparing against SetMore. SetMore is more open to internal and external users that can take in place. With the others, many needed a VPN connection to use it. No capabilities for external users of the organization to access and schedule or check the availability of the internal resources. That being said, SetMore needs a facelift. It is a great tool but is getting aged. New freeware available, freemium tools for similar purposes getting out that can fill the gaps where SetMore is failing.
SetMore is getting aged as it is. we have been moving progressively to other solutions for scheduling with far better integration. however, SetMore is a good tool to implement in start-ups and small business where you need to have plans and activities scheduled with individuals inside and outside of the organization. As mentioned, this tool is used internally with the support team, sales team, RRHH. This last uses with recruitment prospects that can go to the website and schedule its interview with an assigned person considering the availability of it.
