Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring has been used by mangers and sales representatives at Revenue Architects for just about two years. SharpSpring allows us to keep an accurate record of past interactions with clients and prospects. By syncing SharpSpring with our existing CRM, we have been able to keep moving forward without having an extensive on-boarding period.
  • SharpSpring's email marketing capabilities are light-years ahead of Constant Contact. SharpSpring comes preloaded with over 30 responsive templates that can be edited in both HTML or a visual editor. Recent updates allow for additional drag-n-drop functionality.
  • The visitor tracking capabilities in SharpSpring are fantastic. Their Browser ID tracking, combined with the ability to sync to Google Analytics ensures no information is missed. SharpSpring generates embed codes for 3rd party and native forms, as well as the ability to generate and tracking custom UTM codes for additional campaign tracking.
  • Lead scoring and workflows are also well done. Having the ability to create a workflow without having to use multiple platforms is a nice benefit. By setting up a workflow with tasks and opportunities, visitors can be nurtured and contacted at the most lucrative of times. Once a visitor or known contact has submitted a request for information, or even visits a specific page, alerts can be triggered and emails scheduled for future contact. All in all, a nice piece of automation.
  • Internal CRM is still lightweight. The built-in CRM is fine for SMBs and smaller agency models. It is worth noting that through the use of single sign-on and Zapier, SharpSpring can integrate with a number of larger CRMs like Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • No landing page integration.
  • Can not update footer/unsubscribe page. It would be nice to swap out the unsubscribe button present in the footer in exchange for a subscription preference page.

SharpSpring works well for SMBs and agency models. If a company is looking to move past Constant Contact and MailChimp, SharpSpring is a great alternative, without having to go to a large and expensive platform like HubSpot.
