Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We implemented Sharpspring for ourselves when looking for a solution for our clients. We use it across our company and have been very pleased with the business intelligence that it has provided. We are able to track the activity of current clients, prospects, and "anonymous" visitors that are kickin' the tires. It has enhanced our marketing AND our sales by providing a platform to initiate communications and then to ultimately convert into a sale.
  • VisitorID - let's us know who is visiting our web properties on a daily basis
  • Unified dashboard allows us to help manage our clients' Sharpspring accounts and campaigns with a single click.
  • Analytics for email and web visits. Way better than traditional ESP's and is very detailed in it's reporting.
  • Lead Scoring - probably one of the best functions for a sales person. The behind-the-scenes tracking scores all your leads to really separate the hot from the cold leads.
  • Contact Manager App - needs this for the mobile sales pro
  • Faster lead conversion - VisitorID allows us to reach out to clients at critical points of engagement
  • Business intelligence - we can see what's popular on our web properties by where people are going
We looked at many MA firms, but Sharpspring works with marketing agencies almost exclusively, and really focuses on helping them sell and retain clients.
Pricing, features - and most of all, Partner Support. They go out of their way to help educate us AND our clients! They are quick to respond and gives us great confidence in their product!
I think Sharpspring is well suited in a ton of scenarios. The price point allows for small to large firms to enjoy the benefits of marketing automation!

Using SharpSpring

2 - Relatively knowledgeable on how a CMS works and understands the use of lists and conditional logic for workflows. Sharpspring is not difficult to use at all, but you need to be somewhat ordered in your approach to using it. Like a website, the most important function is the planning stage and how you want information to flow. So someone that understands information architecture and communications is a plus.
