Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

At NEXU.MX we decided to use SharpSpring because it is a tool that allows the entire sales team, financial analysis and area managers to carry out an excellent agenda and performance of each one of our collaborators, regarding the clients that are assigned. We can have better control of clients who for some reason did not close their dealings with us, [and] have them for future follow-up if we need to worry about their expiration. Graphically we can measure the performance of each employee, their times, their number of opportunities converted against the leads that were assigned. It really is a powerful machine of work!

It is simply the best in the field of sales management, everything is much more understandable and easy to use. It is a tool that helps the administration and development of a successful sales process.
This tool is suitable for managing large customer portfolios. In the branch that we are of financial services, it is very useful for each executive from the computer to manage their customers, organize them according to the type of customer, status in which is your credit operation, and know about their performance day by day. In addition to the areas of opportunity to improve, [it is] not very useful in the manufacturing sector.
