Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

It is the first marketing automation software the company has ever used. We use it to drive new sales, get new prospects, continue business with existing customers, and cross-promote with our sister companies.
  • Very easy to use. It was quick to set up. Training was very thorough and well done
  • Easy to create campaigns. Love that it allows you to set up flow chart/diagrams for how a campaign is set up. Keeps you in line and not getting the process mixed up.
  • Fantastic customer service. Always very helpful.
  • Great value for the money.
  • More options for editing photos.
  • An easier way to segment email reports
  • We increased our sales by over 18% in the first year of using the software
  • We added over 100 new retailers
Marketo is the king of automation. But for the smaller company, I can't recommend SharpSping enough. Great deal for the money. Great training and customer service. Has been ideal for our organization.
