Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

We used SharpSpring for several years, both for ourselves and with a few clients. When we signed up, the margins were solid, but they reduced over time making the platform unprofitable for our agency.

  • Spam responses are overly policed causing constant shutdowns for aggressive marketing teams.
  • Issues with the page and email builder resulted for support requests with no solution.
  • Since the purchase by constant contact, support dwindled and account suspensions due to a handful of spam complaints took days to resolve.
  • Over 4 years as an agency partner, I'd say we broke even.
