We used Salesfusion for a few years prior to moving to SharpSpring. With Salesfusion it was hard to set-up the CRM and email broadcast. Salesfusion, when merging with SugarCRM, removed custom data fields, and we could no longer see the data value in the contact record. It became very hard to create a new contact, and for more than a month, our sales did not even have access to the CRM functions because they distorted their user profiles and couldn't get some of them to work.
